1 | Corporate Governance | - Provide administrative support for monitoring compliance with corporate governance statutes, including appointment of directors and board functioning
- Prepare working drafts and assist the team with compliance checklists, registers, and templates
- Maintain statutory records and trackers
- Support collation of documentation for compliance certification and reviews
- Assist in coordination of statutory compliance audits with external agencies
- Prepare first drafts of audit findings summaries for review by senior team members

2 | Secretarial & Regulatory Compliances | - Support compliance with applicable corporate law related acts and statutes under close supervision
- Maintain corporate documents and statutory registers
- Monitor regulatory updates and flag changes to senior team members
- Assist in preparation of board meeting packs, logistics, recording minutes, and follow-ups on routine actions
- Support coordination with external management organizations for secretarial documentation
- Prepare draft correspondence and maintain filing of approvals, resolutions, and compliance letters
- Liaise with internal and external counsel on assigned matters for documentation or routine filings

3 | Reporting & Monitoring | - Assist in preparation and submission of corporate filings, annual returns, and statutory reports
- Maintain trackers for disclosures and shareholder communications
- Support preparation of draft shareholder notices, circulars, and reports
- Compile data and assist the finance and compliance teams in responding to lender or auditor queries
- Help prepare corporate governance sections for annual reports and maintain evidence for audit purposes

4 | Capital Issues | - Provide administrative support to the compliance team on documentation for incorporations, capital issues, and investment transactions
- Assist in preparation of drafts of agreements, resolutions, and summaries as instructed
- Maintain logs of documentation for capital transactions
- Follow up with banks, regulators, and other agencies on assigned routine tasks
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of approvals, certifications, and tax documents
