Job Description
Enko Fund Managers Ltd (EFM) and Enko Capital Management Ltd (ECM), FSC-regulated Mauritius fund managers, are part of the Enko Capital Group. Enko Capital is an elite, multi award-winning boutique asset management firm that focusses its investment strategies across the African continent. The group has offices and operations in London, Mauritius, South Africa, Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon, and Rwanda. The group currently manages over $1billion in debt, private debt, equity and private equity investments across the continent.
Enko currently seeks a Junior Financial Analyst on a 6-month contract to start immediately or anytime up to August 2025 on a replacement basis for maternity leave coverage. The management may offer a permanent offer depending on the performance during the 6 months contract.

DUTIES
Documentation
- Maintain records of all invoices (Income, expenses, intercompany transaction) and journal entries
- Input and maintain all company accounts on Quick Book
Reconciliation
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Reconcile and apportion costs for Group-level costs – IT Cost (Monthly calculation)
Management Accounts
- Prepare monthly management accounts
Audit
- Assemble information for external auditors & answer auditor queries
General
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with internal and external teams
- Completing ad hoc tasks as assigned by senior staff

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- ACCA Level 1
- Accounting qualification (preferred)
Experience & Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting and experience on QuickBooks
Required Skills:
- Native or fluent proficiency in English
- Proficiency in French is highly advantageous
- Very strong competency with Microsoft Excel
- IFRS accounting and audit knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
