We are looking for a dedicated Storekeeper to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring stock accuracy, and maintaining smooth store operations.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Organize and maintain the storeroom to ensure easy accessibility of materials.
- Maintain records of stock movements, including returns and damaged goods, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Facilitate the entry and exit of stock, ensuring proper documentation in the POS system.
- Assist with the maintenance of stockrooms, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle minor equipment maintenance and escalate technical issues as required.
The ideal job holder should have:
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar environment.
- Proficient in inventory systems and basic computer applications, including POS systems.
- Hands-on and proactive with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require manual handling.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven experience in a similar operational or support role.
