Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Greet as in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering suggestions and answering menu questions.
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization
Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions.
Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining the restaurant's inventory.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Address customer concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing great customer service.
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
