Job Description



A "Operations Manager" in a GBS (Global Business Services) context is responsible for leading and managing a specific center / function at Mauritius. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the center, leading teams, and driving improvements in processes and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:

Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures

Managing resources (personnel, equipment, budget) effectively

Monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement

Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives
Team Leadership:

Recruiting, hiring, and training employees

Providing guidance, support, and motivation to team members

Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback

Managing employee relations and addressing any issues that arise
Financial Management:

Managing budgets and controlling expenses.

Monitoring revenue and profitability.

Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Compliance and Regulatory:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations.

Maintaining accurate records and reports.

Staying up to date on changes to regulations and policies.
Stakeholder Management:

Liaising with headquarters or regional management.

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Communicating effectively with all relevant parties.
Strategic Planning:

Contributing to the development of strategic plans for the Mauritius location.

Implementing and executing strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10+ year’s experience of handling Service DeliveryMinimum 10+ year’s experience of handling Service Delivery
Any Graduate or master’s degree or professional certifications.
Fluency in French and English; Knowing Spanish will be added advantageAny Graduate or master’s degree or professional certifications.
