Job Description
- Provide technical support/ incident resolution (workstations and infrastructure) while respecting defined SLAs.
- Use the ticketing system to keep track of your work, provide timely update to customers and for proper follow-up purposes.
- Respond promptly to alarms generated by the monitoring system.
- Perform updates on the pool of IT equipment of our customers.
- Report/ follow up on material replacement with third parties.
- Participate actively in migration and/or new infrastructure implementation for existing and/or new customers.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- To configure hardware and workstations software and provide preventive measures and technical support thereon.
- Participate actively in discussions.

Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft AD and Azure AD is a must
- Good knowledge of Office 365 administration including SharePoint (must)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Windows Servers.
- Fluency in French and English both speaking and writing is a MUST.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Team player.
- Must be highly organized, details oriented and have logical thinking.
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
- Incident diagnosing and solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Be customer oriented and willing to provide best quality services to our customers.
*Qualifications/ knowledge:- Minimum qualification: diploma in computer science or equivalent.
- Having Microsoft related certificates will be an advantage:
Working Hours (French):Monday to Friday:
- April to October: 11:00 – 21:00
- November to March: 12:00 – 22:00
