Job Title: Expat and Transport Coordinator (Human Resources)

Job Summary: The Expat and Transport Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth relocation and ongoing support of expatriate employees as well as managing and optimizing the company's transportation logistics. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, immigration regulations, and efficient transport coordination to provide seamless support.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, with significant exposure to expatriate management.
Proven experience in transport coordination and logistics.
Profound knowledge of international HR practices, immigration laws, and visa processes for various countries.
Understanding of logistics, fleet management, and transportation regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders (employees, vendors, authorities).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, especially in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Working conditions:
Location: Industrial Zone, Jin Fei, Riche Terre
Working days/hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 and Saturdays Flexible
