Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will support the Director by handling a variety of tasks, including managing invoices, making travel arrangements, and following up on assigned activities. This role is crucial for ensuring the Director's tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
• Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Follow up on the Director's assigned tasks and projects.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Maintain and organize files and records, both electronic and paper-based.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
• Assist with special projects as required.
- The administrative Assistant will also provide Admin assistance to the company's human resources department.
Job Requirements
Required Profile: • Diploma, Certificate or a related work experience (preferred).• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
