Job Description
We are seeking a Fractional Integrator / COO to lead and scale our operations, drive automation, and streamline our business systems.
You will work directly with the founder (Visionary) to implement EOS, ensure operational efficiency, and help grow our client base.
A critical part of this role is to automate workflows and work closely with a tech lead/automation expert to continuously improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) across our company to manage growth.
- Drive automation within the business (task management, client workflows, content production) using tools like ClickUp, Make.com, and other AI/automation tools.
- Work with the Creative Director to streamline and scale creative production.
- Lead hiring for key roles, including editors and performance strategists.
- Own financial oversight (P&L, budgeting, and profitability).
- Ensure that our task management system (Notion or ClickUp) aligns with operational workflows and runs smoothly.
Job Requirements
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in operational or strategic roles (COO, Integrator, Operations Lead), preferably within a creative agency or SaaS company.
- Experience implementing EOS or similar systems (e.g., Scaling Up, OKRs).
- Strong experience scaling remote teams across creative and tech departments.
- Tech-savvy — able to work with automation tools (ClickUp, Make.com, etc.) and implement business workflows.
- Experience in financial oversight (P&L, budgeting, forecasting).
- Strong project management and systems-building abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Background in performance marketing, video production, or creative agencies.
- Experience with AI tools and video automation (Veo3, Runway, etc.).
- Familiar with building tech stacks for creative businesses.
