Job Description

.Assit Project Manager in the day to day activities
2.Responsible fo implementation for the project ;Masonry,Ironwork,Aluminium,Carpentry, Electric,Plumbing,Tiling, Rendering,Painting, Additional Changes and False Ceiling.
3.Liase with Contractors for plan of works and payment.
4.Monitor employee and sub contractor performance and prepare indicator reports, where required.
5.Preparation of quarterly reports, update status logs and monitoring of progress of work.
6.Work with various team supervisions on their daily/weekly schedule of work
7.Ensure all project documentation is completed in a timely manner
8.To compile and ensure timely sub contractors payment.
9.Schedule and monitor of materials/equipment for site workers and contractors.
10..Perform any ancillary duties as may be assigned to him by his employer
