Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, process rentals and returns efficiently and accurately.
Conduct vehicle inspections (pre- and post-rental) and explain rental terms.
Deliver and collect vehicles from client locations (e.g., hotels, airports, offices).
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Coordinate with Car Wash for cleaning of the fleet.
Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and data entry.
Schedule & Training:
First 3 Months: Comprehensive on-the-job training period. Schedule will be standard office/operation hours(8-17hr).
After Training(WFH): Transition to a hybrid model. You will be in office for client pick-ups/scheduled deliveries and work from home for administrative tasks, customer service calls, and booking management when no on-site appointments are scheduled.

Valid, clean full driver's license (Automatic/Manual Private Car License).
School Certificate (or equivalent) is the minimum requirement.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and problem-solve on the go.
Must have a suitable home workspace and reliable internet for Work-From-Home days.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
School Certificate (SC) or Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent or diploma in Travel & Tourism/Marketing.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, logistics, or car rental.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
A proactive "can-do" attitude and clear interest in taking on more responsibility over time.
