Job Description

  • Provide administrative and telephone support to the Claims Department
  • Follow up on client files and respond to inquiries
  • Assist insured members with reimbursement procedures and coverage requests
  • Collect missing documentation and ensure smooth communication between all parties

Working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

Job Requirements

  • Languages: Excellent command of French and English (written & spoken)
  • Experience: Ideally a first experience in claims handling or at least experience in the insurance sector
  • Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Personal qualities: Proactive, customer-oriented, strong time-management and organisational skills
