Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Senior Restaurant Manager to lead the opening and daily operation of our new restaurant concept at The Beach House, Grand Baie.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the full restaurant operation
  • Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
  • Manage budgets, stock control and cost efficiency
  • Drive sales, performance and team motivation
  • Work closely with Operations Manager, Head Chef and Owner

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years management experience in high-volume restaurants
  • International hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and training ability
  • Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
  • Fluent English (French an advantage)

The restaurant will offer a relaxed yet refined dining experience for families, couples and groups, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
