Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full restaurant operation
- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Manage budgets, stock control and cost efficiency
- Drive sales, performance and team motivation
- Work closely with Operations Manager, Head Chef and Owner
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years management experience in high-volume restaurants
- International hospitality experience preferred
- Strong leadership and training ability
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
- Fluent English (French an advantage)
