Job Description

We are looking for:
A hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help deliver outstanding service.
Key responsibilities:
• Support Restaurant Manager in daily operations
• Supervise floor service and team performance
• Handle guest relations and service recovery
• Assist with staff scheduling and training
• Ensure SOPs and hygiene standards are maintained

Job Requirements

• 2–4 years restaurant supervisory experience
• Strong service knowledge
• Good leadership and organisation skills
• Flexible and hands-on attitude
