We are on the lookout for an experienced and skilled Butcher to join our team, responsible for the professional preparation and portioning of meat for our shop and for specific B2B customers in accordance with specific requirements.
Key responsibilities:• Breakdown, cut and portion beef, lamb, pork and poultry
• Prepare meat to required specifications and portion sizes
• Ensure consistent quality and yield control
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Manage trimming, storage and rotation of stock
• Work closely with kitchen team to meet daily production needs
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a butcher
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Reliable, organised and detail-oriented
