Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in kitchen leadership and daily service execution.
Key responsibilities:
• Assist with food preparation and service
• Supervise kitchen team during shifts
• Maintain quality and hygiene standards
• Support stock control and ordering
• Step in as Head Chef when required
 

Job Requirements

• Previous Sous Chef experience
• Strong cooking and organisation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
