Draft and post job advertisements on online platforms and community channels.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, NGOs, and recruitment drives.
Screen applications, conduct phone screenings and interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Collect and verify employment documents (IDs, certificates, references, police clearance).
Prepare employment offers and coordinate onboarding requirements.
Maintain an updated recruitment database and manage a standby candidate pipeline.
Liaise with Staffing Coordinators and HR to prioritise vacancies and support contract preparation.
Provide regular recruitment reports and follow up post-placement to ensure retention.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company recruitment policies.
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or related field
Experience recruiting high-volume operational or site-based staff will be an advantage.
Strong interviewing, communication, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tracking systems.
Knowledge of labour legislation and hiring compliance requirements.
