The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the finance department in maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Main Duties:
1) Handle accounts payable and receivable
2) Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
3) Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
4) Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
5) Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports
6) Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and internal departments
7) Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company procedures
