- Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Headhunting & Talent Outreach
- Identify and approach passive candidates for targeted positions.
- Conduct direct outreach and maintain professional communication with potential candidates.
- Promote job opportunities while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Advertisement & Posting
- Create engaging and professional job advertisements.
- Prepare recruitment content suitable for online platforms and social media.
- Publish and manage job postings across approved recruitment channels.
Candidate Screening & Shortlisting
- Review resumes and applications carefully.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments.
- Shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate interview details, updates, and feedback to all parties.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes and next steps.
Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
- Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
HR Documentation
- Prepare and maintain recruitment and HR-related documents including:
- Candidate records
- Interview records
- Employment forms
- Offer letters and onboarding documents
- Ensure all documentation is organized, accurate, and confidential.
HR Reporting
- Prepare recruitment reports and updates as required.
- Maintain accurate hiring data, vacancy tracking, and recruitment progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- HSC, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, HR, or a related field
- 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred
